Our Vietnam trip surpassed our expectations in every aspect. Mike crafted an itinerary that suited our group perfectly and addressed all our queries promptly. He also remained flexible and accommodated all our requests.
Our English-speaking guides were not only friendly but also eager to impart their knowledge of Vietnam’s history, culture, and way of life. Among the highlights of our trip were the street food tour of Hanoi by Vespa, trekking in Sapa, and staying overnight on a Junk in Ha Long Bay.

Victor was an excellent travel planner who was always very responsive. We were generally satisfied with his services, although we may have overdone it with the amount of travel we planned for our two-week trip. Due to our limited time to plan, we would have appreciated more guidance on how much we could realistically see. In hindsight, we could have focused more on North Vietnam and the Central zone, and skipped the Mekong delta. The Eco Lodge near Sapa was a wonderful highlight of the trip and a beautiful place to stay. Similarly, Halong Bay was a beautiful destination.

The trip was amazing and we were well looked after throughout! Especially the Tu Lan cave-trip was absolutely stunning and amongst the best I have ever experienced. The kids were completely in awe and we will all never forget the trip, the many friends we made and the many experiences we made. It is impossible to list all the other experiences but clearly, each component had its own value and exceeded our expectations. Hung, our guide was amazing. He adapted the tour for us, added an additional cave (which required a lot more climbing), and was full of energy and fun.

We contacted Victor for our first trip to Vietnam and he made the planning process so easy, from helping with the itinerary to booking hotels, flights, tours, transfers, and visas. He was always available to answer any questions we had during our trip.
We had excellent guides throughout our journey. Khai in Ho Chi Minh City was especially helpful in ensuring we made our flights to Danang despite a small issue with our names at the airport. One of our favorite experiences was the Vespa tour with Linda and her team. In Hoi An, Than was an excellent guide and our hotel, Golden Holiday, was fantastic. And finally, Anh in Hanoi was a fantastic guide with great energy and a wealth of knowledge about Vietnam. Thanks to Victor and his team, we had an unforgettable trip to Vietnam that exceeded all of our expectations.

We had an excellent experience working with Mike who was always very responsive to our needs. However, we realized that we may have taken on too much in our two-week itinerary due to our desire to see as much as possible. With limited time to plan, it would have been helpful to have more guidance on what was realistically achievable. In retrospect, we could have concentrated our trip in North Vietnam and the Central zone, and skipped the Mekong delta. The trip to the delta required an entire day of travel by car and plane for just a short visit to the floating market the next day, followed by a 5-hour drive to HCMC. While the market was lovely, we felt guilty for traveling so far for such a brief experience. We would have been better off spending more time at the beach near HoiAn with morning cultural day trips. Nonetheless, our stay at the Eco Lodge near Sapa was the highlight of our trip, as it was a truly beautiful location and a great place to stay. Finally, Halong Bay was also breathtakingly beautiful.
